two more weeks


Only two more weeks until my bum is in one of these seats. At Tickets, Albert Adria’s new restaurant in Barcelona – eating Catalan cuisine and toasting with my hubby and sis. How do these sound: Grilled mini quails with honey and mint, Rabbit ribs with foamed garlic mayonnaise, Tuna belly with salmon roe piparra sauce and green apple air bread, Razor clams with ginger oil, cayenne pepper and lemon air…

I tried to get a table at El Bulli, Ferran Adria’s famed spot but unfortunately it’s closed until 2014. But his brother’s new place is the next best thing – who knows, we might even spot Ferran himself dining there.
