what it’s like dining at one of the best restaurants in the world


I’m busy watching Heston Blumenthal wow some of his biggest fans on Masterchef Australia and am suddenly reminded of the once-in-a-lifetime experience we had dining at Ferran and Albert Adria’s Tickets La Vida Tapa

The atmosphere is really relaxed. No one has any one airs and graces and the staff are super friendly and ridiculously excited about the food they’re about to serve. As is Albert when I interview him. The man doesn’t sit still. But I can’t give too much away – I will be writing all about it in an upcoming issue of Marie Claire.

I really love taking food pictures – I’m just not that good at it – yet. Feast your eyes…
